These wipes Contain WHAT?!?
I was sent a 25 pack of the Lovehoney Fresh Biodegradable sex toy and body wipes to test and review. They are to clean your toys and intimate areas. But are the healthy, vegan, or worth the money?
Qualities:
These wipes are pretty large when fully opened. They contain aloe extract, which makes them soft and gentle on the skin. The pouch is resealable so the wipes stay moist. The toy and body wipes are also paraben free.
Experience:
I first used these wipes after a long, sweaty, hot day just to clean myself up. They left me feeling fresh. However they dont smell great! See I felt fresh and clean butttt didnt smell clean, that was a problem for me. I then used the wipes after a play session, to clean my Lovehoney glass Dildo and my Doxy Original. They were clean and dried really quickly. I decided after cleaning them to give my dildo a quick blowjob, for science, to test using the toy directly after cleaning them. It left the most disgusting taste on my tongue (but there wipes, they aren't meant to be ingested, right?). I went on a search for more information. We're these wipes vegan, it wasn't specified on the packaging? See, I'm not a vegan but I listen to the new Trysexuals podcast so I knew that Kitt from Curious Kitt was. I decided to ask her to take a look at the product for me, and this is what she had to say,
“Well the benzoic acid MIGHT be derived from animals. Propylene glycol and phenoxyethanol are mild skin irritants and mild neurotoxins, and slightly toxic to internal organs (WHAT?!?!). f I wouldnt eat it, I dont put it on my skin. Plus, these wipes contain a whole lot of alcohol.”
So I used this product on my toys and my body, HOLY HELL! I'm really glad that I found someone awesome to reach out to about the ingredients. Not only did the above info open my eyes and make me cuss myself, but i also got a great link to look up ingredients on my own. The good news is that Lovehoney offers a 365 day no questions asked return policy!
Summary:
This product contains mild toxins and skin irritants, aloe and other ingredients, to make them soft and gentle. They taste awful, don't smell great, but leave me feeling clean. They also contain alcohol which aids in drying things out, including skin. I wouldn't recommend these wipes. In my opinion they arent worth the risk to your organs, and I wouldn't buy them. I'll stick with washing my toys in the dishwasher or bleach mix.

Gun Oil- Force Recon vs. Silicone

I'm going to try my hand at a comparison review, between two gun oil products; Force Recon(Hybrid Silicone lube) and Silicone. I received a ton of these samples in the mail the other day, for personal use; however I wanted to review some lube. So here goes nothin.
These samples arrived boxed up discreetly. There were several sample packs of each type of lubricant. We decided to try them out and see what we could discover about non-water based lubricant.

What did we learn?
Both types of lube lasted significantly longer than anything water based that we had tried. The Hybrid Silicone(Force Recon) lasted three to four minutes and the Silicone lasted a little over two minutes; both were continuously and frivolously rubbed.
Both types also felt extremely oily (like vegetable oil). Neither one of them ever got sticky (which I'm used to being that I'm used to water based lubricants), also both of the lubes soaked in to the skin after awhile.

The Hybrid Gun oil lubricant is like a gel consistency, which works well for anal play. This lube also has no taste, and a sweet smell. The Silicone lube has no taste or smell and would work really well for glass toys, and would also be ok for anal play as it lasts longer than water based lubricants. Being that neither of these has a taste they would both work well for fore-play or oral sex.

I was given the option to review the Lovehoney Flaunt Me Red Floral Lace Balcony Basque. I jumped at the opportunity, this would be my first ever Lingurie review! I asked for the red flaunt me in large.

We are ganna talk about the product but I want you all (my readers) to be able to identify with the make and fit of this better. So I'm ganna tell you about my body type. I stand 5'3" tall at 180lbs. I have thick thighs and a belly, I'm not real big. Thick at most with a bit of a belly. I asked for the Flaunt Me in large, and was surprised by the way that it fit.

The material as described is Red Floral Lace; it is so damn beautiful and bright! The lace is luxurious and well made; I was not worried about ripping it!

Fitting:
Bust: the bust area of the clasping corset fits well but a little small for me (34C) but being that it fits a bit small it gives me Amazing Cleavage; to keep his eyes on me! The shoulder straps are wide enough that they don't dig in or hurt during wearing it. The Balcony lace part of the top does not like to stay up and the cups on the bust are a little more pointy than I would like.
On the stomach/torso part of the top there are "bones" and a fitted arch that accentuate the hips/waist. Once I got the top on, I noticed a few things. 1) the fitted arches did not flatter my hips or waist, I am thick and it actually pulled attention to my stomach. 2) when wearing clothes on top of the lingerie, it is very noticeable! 3)
The bones in the front and the back are majorly weak and slightly uncomfortable.
The bra-clasp top is very hard to do myself... So I button it, step in, and pull up! If not it takes me about 20 minutes to completely put myself together.
The garter clips are easy to use but the ribbon on them is attached with a small amount of thread that ripped the first time I used the. They are also removable. They do however put "dents" in my butt cheeks.
The underwear match the rests of the garments, bright red; it is a thong which is SUPER COMFORTABLE! They fit perfectly and don't rub me the wrong way! There isn't a lot of material there to judge though (tehe).
